If you like The Legend of Zelda, you'll probably like Death's Door. The puzzles are engaging, the combat is satisfyingly challenging, and each boss fight is a unique test of wit and prowess. The isometric action-adventure starring a little crow with a sword is set in a beautiful and mysterious world. There are some seriously impressive games made inside Dreams, so even if you don't feel like creating your own stuff, there's plenty to check out.ĭeath's Door was one of the best indie games of 2021. Dreams really does exemplify the belief that the only limit is the bounds of your imagination. The unique game creation tool has a staggering library of user-created content, and creators can still share their projects with the community for the foreseeable future. That doesn't mean the PlayStation exclusive isn't worth checking out, though. Death's Door, Dreams, and PGA Tour 2K23 will all be available, and all PS Plus members across Essential, Extra, and Premium can claim them.Įarlier this year, developer Media Molecule announced it would stop supporting Dreams with updates on September 1. These free PS Plus games are some of the best we've seen in recent memory, and they're available beginning today, August 1, as it just happens to fall on a Tuesday. Sony recently revealed August 2023's PlayStation Plus free game lineup-available via the Essential tier and up-and they're live now.
